Dr. Jaymi Ratzlaff is co-founder and consultant at Teaming Innovations, LLC. Dr. Ratzlaff is an experienced management and leadership professional with a rich and diverse background in all aspects of business, human resources, and operational management. She has a history of results with managing the profitability of organizations from start-up to successful operations.

Roman Grubbs, M.A., Ph.D.
Dr. Roman Grubbs is co-founder and consultant at Teaming Innovations, LLC. His greatest passion is working with groups of individuals to accomplish exciting, purposeful results. Throughout his career, he worked with many high performing teams. These teams include:

Dr. Grubbs earned an M.A. in forensic psychology and a Ph.D. in business psychology. His training includes:
